Stewart, a resident of Golden Hills since 1999, is a past President of Kiwanis Club of Tehachapi, past member of the Vision Foundation, on the board of directors for the Greater Tehachapi Economic Development Council, and a commercial Real Estate Agent for Karpe Commercial Real Estate.

Paul Press, Vice Chairman

Press is currently the Principal at Monroe High School. He has also been the Assistant Principal at Tehachapi High School.

Paulette Rush, Secretary

Rush is a past member of the Tehachapi Little League Board of Directors and holds a degree in Business Management.

Nick Cyr, Director

Cyr is the Superintendent/Project Manager for Aspen Builders, Inc. and has experience supervising and motivating group organizations.

Brian Duhart, Director

Brian and his family have lived in the Tehachapi community since 1988. He is currently active with the Kern County Search and Rescue Desert Unit. He graduated high school in Frankfurt, Germany, earned an MBA from Webster University and a PhD from Regent University in Organizational Leadership. Brian currently works for the US Air Force managing a flight test aircraft improvement and modernization program for Edwards and Eglin AFB.
