Often described as a “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi Chuan is an internal Chinese Martial Art suitable for everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. Instructors lead participants through a series of postures in a slow, graceful manner.

Tired of sitting at the table at weddings, family parties, or New Year’s Eve while everyone else is dancing? If you have always wanted to learn how to ballroom dance, this is the place for you! You’ll learn dances such as the Jitterbug, Salsa, Cha Cha, West Coast Swing, and the Lindy in no time and will be ready to move gracefully across any dance floor. All ages welcome. Classes are on-going.
