Get in shape and learn a fighting system that was developed by taking the best of various systems and combining them into one. This system was designed to promote physical fitness, mental awareness, and self-confidence for the student. Instructor has over 30 year experience. Must be 13 years old to sign up!!

- Days and Times: Tuesday and Thursdays, 6:00-8:00 pm
- Ages: 13 and up
