The Tee Ball program is designed to teach boys and girls age 4 through 6 (and 7 year olds who aren’t ready for Little League) the fundamentals of Tee Ball in a recreational environment. Parents can also get into the fun by volunteering as team coaches.

The 8-week season stresses fun, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Team coaches will schedule a 1-hour practice starting the week of April 1. Kids must provide their own baseball glove.

• Games begin: April 15 through June 6, Mondays through Thursdays
  • Lower Division: 4 to 5 yr. old, Monday and Wednesday
  • Upper Division: 6 to 7 yr. old, Tuesday and Thursday

TVRPD is offering instructional soccer for ages 5 through 12. This fun program is a great way to introduce your child to the basic fundamentals of soccer. They also learn the value of teamwork and sportsmanship. Classes are Tuesdays for 8 weeks.

• When: Tuesdays beginning April 2 through May 21:
  5 & 6 year olds (Kickin’ Cougars), 3:30 – 4:05 P.M.
  7 & 8 year olds (Running Wolves), 4:10 – 4:55 P.M.
  9 to 12 year olds (Shooting Bears), 5:00 – 6:00 P.M.
