POWER YOGA With Danielle
Power yoga is an all-levels yoga practice that focuses on strength, stability and of course flexibility! It is a full mind-body experience that will leave you feeling empowered, full of life and refreshed.
The practice is centered around breath and flow of movement. Each movement is tied to a breath (inhale or exhale). Don't let the name "Power" yoga intimidate you, this is a practice for newbies and seasoned yogis. Remember it is called a "yoga practice" not a "yoga perfect" which means you practice at your level and not your neighbor's.
Danielle Green has been teaching power yoga for over 2 years now and is a 200 RYT trained in the Baptiste Methodology.
