Eating fermented foods is a great way to feed your gut live probiotics that can support your gut health and strengthen your immune system. Find out the WHAT, WHY and HOW of all things fermented! Fatigue can be debilitating! It's hard to muster the energy to make changes when you have so little energy to start with. Come hear Samantha's story with fatigue and learn how to address this common chronic health issue through various lifestyle and nutritional changes. Addressing Depression and Anxiety

Depression and anxiety often go hand-in-hand. It can be helpful to remember that depression and anxiety are symptoms, and we can address those symptoms through lifestyle and nutrition. Medication will not be addressed. Participants are advised to talk with medical providers about medications.
