Kaleb is a partner in the law firm Belden Blaine Raytis, LLP. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from CSU Bakersfield and his law degree from Pepperdine. He grew up in Tehachapi and returned in 2013 with his wife and children. He also serves on the Tehachapi Parks Foundation.
