The Stephen Shy Activity Center (SSAC) is a community building located on the southside of Philip Marx Central Park. TVRPD owns, maintains and operates the facility which consists of a large central room, storage closets, a meeting room, kitchen, and restrooms.
Tehachapi Valley Recreation and Park District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and channels of communication to all members of the public.
