The Tee Ball program is designed to teach boys and girls the fundamentals of Tee Ball in a recreational environment. Parents can also get into the fun by volunteering as team coaches. The 8-week season stresses fun, sportsmanship, and teamwork concepts.
If you are looking for a way to reduce stress, consider Tai Chi. Tai Chi Chuan is an internal Chinese Martial Art that promotes relaxation, balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength, and is often described as a “meditation in motion”. The instructors will lead you through performing a series of postures or movements in a slow, graceful manner. Tai Chi is gentle and suitable for everyone, regardless your age or physical ability.
The last class for Tone It Up! will be Tuesday, January 31. This class will be discontinued after that.
