Aspen Builders Inc. Activity Center (“ABIAC”) is a facility designed for corporate meetings and athletic use. Home to TVRPD’s youth basketball league, youth volleyball league, adult basketball and volleyball, as well as many classes, and special community events including Greater Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce Fall Business Showcase, and model train shows presented by the Tehachapi Loop Railroad Club. ABIAC’s 10,000 square feet inludes a gymnasium, meeting rooms, restrooms and a kitchen.
