TVRPD invites sealed bids from qualified, licensed contractors for the removal of the existing pool heater and the furnishing and installation of a new commercial pool heater at the Dye Natatorium Pool facility, as described in this Invitation to Bid ("ITB").

All bids are due by Thursday, November 12, 2026, 12:00pm.

All questions regarding this ITB must be submitted in writing to the District Manager at the contact information below. Answers will be issued to all known bidders in writing as a formal addendum; verbal responses are not binding.
